What Made the 2025 BRZ Series.Purple Special?
Subaru announced a run of 500 cars, featuring Galaxy Purple Pearl paint and a six-speed manual transmission. Based on the BRZ Limited, Series.Purple included an STI short-throw shifter and Flexible V-Bar. Its naturally aspirated 2.4-liter SUBARU BOXER engine was rated at 228 horsepower; the STI equipment should not be read as a claim of added engine horsepower.
Distinctive details included satin-silver 18-inch wheels, black rear badging and gray interior stitching. Read Subaru's original Series.Purple announcement for the model-year details.
